Closed-top wicker basket or hamper – Next time you’re hosting a party, conceal the unsightly Styrofoam beverage cooler in a closed-top wicker basket or hamper.  

Paper towel holder – Looking for a place to keep your spools of ribbon that also provides easy, organized access when you’re working on crafts or gift-wrapping? Try placing ribbon spools on a paper towel holder.

Hangers – Use hangers with garment clips to hang sheets of wrapping paper or tissue paper to keep it from getting wrinkled or creased.

Dish-drying rack – Perfect for keeping your kids’ arts and crafts space organized. Stack books and coloring books in between the prongs of the rack. Markers, crayons, scissors and other supplies can easily be stashed in the utensil caddy of the dish rack.

Magnetic spice containers – Store small items in your office or craft area. Spice containers with a clear lid and a magnetic back work best. Don’t hassle with rubber bands, paper clips, thumbtacks or any other small items anymore. Mount a small sheet of metal near or above your desk and keep these items where you’ll have easy access any time you need them.

Desktop organizer – Organize your bathroom drawer with a desktop organizer. Place your makeup, brushes, combs and other bathroom essentials into their own compartments of the organizer. An organized bathroom drawer means no more digging in the morning to find your mascara.

Coat rack – Tired of your jewelry ending up in a tangled mess? Hang necklaces, bracelets and even scarves from a wall-mounted coat rack on your bathroom wall. The rods or hooks will keep your accessories organized where you can get to them easily and without the hassle of a tangled mess.

Shower curtain hooks – Easily hang purses and accessories in your closet.

Pegboard – Every garage needs a pegboard. Keep your kid’s sporting equipment – bikes, baseball bats and more — off the ground and put away where you won’t trip over them. Pegboard with ¼-inch holes is best for holding heavier items. Be sure you use sturdy hooks for heavy items like bikes.
